If a client wishes to remain anonymous to the recipient or others, we fully respect their wishes.

  • The customer’s phone number and personal information will not be provided to third parties.
  • Who the client sent flowers to and what order they placed are kept confidential.
  • If a client wishes to send flowers anonymously, their identity will not be disclosed.

Your wishes are our main requirement. We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose your identity to anyone without your consent.

3. Anonymous flower delivery

Our store offers an anonymous flower delivery service.

If you would like to send the flowers without your name, you can let us know in advance when ordering.

In such a case:

  • The name of the person ordering the flowers is not written.
  • The recipient is not told who the customer is.
  • Only the text provided by the client is written on the postcard.
  • The identity of the customer is kept confidential.

4. Do not share personal information with third parties

We do not sell, distribute, or disclose customers’ personal information to unauthorized third parties.

Information may only be provided to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, such as the address and contact details required for delivery services. Exceptions to this are where required by law.

5. Data storage

Clients’ personal information is stored securely and used only for the necessary purposes. When the need for it ends, the data is deleted or its storage is limited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
